Product Description

Ace-Line is an organic fiber rope with a similar thickness and tensile strength to wire rope.
Ace-Line is a high-strength, high-elasticity rope made by combining an aromatic polyamide fiber (product name: Kepler) developed by DuPont in the U.S. with other fibers and resins.

Features

1. High strength, low stretch
The elongation rate at break is 4-5%, and the tensile strength is similar to that of wire rope.
2. Light weight
About 1/4 the weight of a wire rope of the same thickness.
3. Resistant to tensile fatigue
There is almost no decrease in the strength of the rope even after 1,000,000 repetitive tensile cycles with a safety factor of 3.
4. Good abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance
Polyester fiber and urethane resin are used for the outer layer, resulting in excellent abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and corrosion resistance.
5. No kinking, no loss of shape
The blade type has a non-rotating structure, and the 1×7 type is also coated with urethane resin to prevent kinking and shifting.
6. Good insulation
Urethane coating on the outer layer provides excellent insulation.
